As a thank you for their summer contributions, Optimal Solutions Group, LLC (Optimal) held its first annual intern appreciation picnic Friday, August 13, 2010.

Employees gathered indoors and outdoors at lunchtime while enduring threatening rain showers to show appreciation for each intern's efforts. Interns and staff enjoyed hot dogs, hamburgers, and veggie burgers from the grill.

Optimal also hosted other M Square Research Park organizations, such as Fraunhofer Center for Experimental Software Engineering, the Joint Global Change Research Institute, and the Earth System Science Interdisciplinary Center.

Optimal values each intern's efforts and hopes that they take with them valuable learning experiences and best practices.

Optimal Analytics' Real-Time Framework is based on rigorous but flexible design and allows for concurrent data collection, analysis and reporting. It also incorporates a continuous feedback loop for customized stakeholder reporting - ranging from policy makers to the public.
