Optimal Analytics' Real-Time Framework is based on rigorous but flexible design and allows for concurrent data collection, analysis and reporting. It also incorporates a continuous feedback loop for customized stakeholder reporting - ranging from policy makers to the public.
Optimal has applied the Framework to projects in its four core policy areas: education; health; housing, economic development and transportation; and workforce development.
Optimal has developed Revelo TM - research focused software which performs the Real-Time Framework functions of data collection, analysis and reporting.
