Baltimore, MD -- Optimal Solutions Group's President and CEO, Dr. Mark Turner, provided testimony before the Baltimore City Council, Taxation Committee, on the proposed increase in recordation taxes against an alternative proposal, an increase in property tax assessment levels by raising and/or removing the current 4% cap on assessment increases.
