Public and Indian Housing, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development IDIQ Contract

In March 2009, the Public and Indian Housing (PIH), U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) awarded Optimal with an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) task order contract with one base year and four option years (Contract #: C-DEN-02355). Under this IDIQ, Optimal may bid on such services as on-site technical assistance, the development and delivery of training, professional technical writing services, management analysis, research, assessments, evaluations, and seminar and conference support. Services also include providing technical assistance and training to HUD and Public Housing Authority staff.
