The Communications Department assists with the preparation of client and internal publications and documents. This includes the following tasks:

  • Authoring documents
  • Providing necessary draft edits
    • Technical/Substantive Editing
    • Copy Editing
    • Proofreading
  • Formating publications
  • Using standard and specialty writing style(s)
  • Preparing final client-ready copy, or providing final step editing and quality-control
  • Attending press inspections
  • Developing presentations
  • Producing Newsletters

Optimal’s Communications staff has prepared documents using the following standards:
