IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Baltimore, MD - March 15, 2004 - Optimal Solutions Group has been selected to evaluate the wage, administrative, compliance, and regulatory costs of a new living wage ordinance in Durham County, North Carolina.

Effective July 1, 2004, the Durham County service contractors will be required to pay their employers not less than $9.51 per hour. Durham County currently requires that County employees make not less than the same living wage.
