Baltimore, MD -- The State of Maryland awarded Optimal Solutions Group and its partners a Master Contract for management consulting services for Maryland State agencies. These management consulting services include governance and organizational assessments, economy and efficiency reviews, program performance assessments, strategic and action planning, and business process reengineering. The duration of the Master Contract is from July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2009.
