Baltimore, MD -- AECOM and subcontractor, Optimal Solutions Group (Optimal), was awarded a Federal Highway Administration contract under the Planning and Research IDIQ. Optimal's portion of the contract will focus on economic development & revitalization, demographic & statistical analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and economic forecasting.
