Baltimore, MD - Empower Baltimore Management Corporation (EBMC) awarded Optimal Solutions Group (Optimal) a contract to assess the impact the biotech industry would have on Baltimore City's low-skilled workforce.

This contract adds to Optimal's expertise in workforce and economic development in the local area. Other projects for EBMC include The Evaluation of Johns Hopkins Retention and Advancement Program and Quantifying the Return on Investment of Lead Remediation.
